Bri went down with a shriek, landing square on her butt. She sat there, stunned for a moment, before bursting out in laughter. "That was a cheap shot!" She scooped up a handful of snow, tossing it so that it spread, drifting over the pair of them. "Well so long as I'm down here..." She flopped back, spreading her arms and legs and moving them. She sat back up and twisted to survey her work. "Well that's not a bad angel." She cocked her head to the side. "Hm, bad representation though huh?" She grinned, referring to the fact that she was no angel. |

Jordan laughed ast Bri startde to make a snow angel. At her comment he simply shrugged before saying. "As long as we're all aware that it's your horns that hold up the halo I think it's alright." He told her jokingly before getting to his feet, dusting off some of the snow that had fallen on him. |

She scoffed, frowning. "That's not very nice." She tried to pout, looking up at him, but ruined the effect by smiling. "Well at least I'm having fun. Who needs to be an angel? They're so... perfect." She made a face at the word. Perfect was so... boring. It left no room for a challenge! |

Jordan laughed at the face Bri made. "You're right if you're perfect there'd be no point living, nothing left to do." Jordan said agreeing with her. It would be so boring to be perfect all the time. "You said you were new here. How long have you been here?" Jordan asked wondeirng if maybe she coudl tell him somethign about the others. He wanted to nkow how much damage the ball had caused, how hard he would have to work and making these people smile again. |

"Uhm, I guess it's been a week or so?" She shrugged, she was kind of bad with keeping track of time. "Though if you're new here, you should probably get checked in, get a room, all that jazz." She flopped back again, staring up at him. "Should we head in?" Despite the question, she remained laying down. She was sopping wet now, but it didn't really matter. That had been fun! |

At the meantion of getting signed in Jordan made a face. That would mean paperwork and all that other unfun stuff. "I suppose that would be the responsible thing to do..." Jordan said trailing off a grin coming to his lips. "But I think I'd rather find some club to go to all night instead." He said deciding that dancing and drinking would be far more fun than sleep. |

"Huh, now there's an idea. I suppose you have something in mind?" She grinned, pushing herself up. Now she was quite interested. She stood up, trying to brush the snow off, but most of it was on her back. She turned her head over her shoulder and sighed. Her back was nothing but white. "That'll be a bit wet when it melts." She commented idly. |

Jordan shrugged his shoulders at her. "Well I only just got here so I don't know where everything is but I'm sure it'll be easy enough to stumble across something." Jordan said simply. The first thing about having fun was not to stress the details. Worse came to worse Jordan would rent an Inn room and tranform it into a club. Jordan observed Bri's back when she commented about her back getting wet. "Well it's just as well now we can get changed into some clubbing clothes." He told her with a smirk. |

Bri sighed. "Yeah I suppose that'll work. I kinda have to change unless I feel like being soaked the rest of the night." She grinned. "Well I'm gonna go get changed then. I'll meet up with you in a bit, perhaps in the common room?, and then we'll go stumble upon some fun!" With a wave she flounced off towards HQ. |

Anna had Angel in her carrier, yet again, and she walked outside where it wasn't so freezing as much as it was chilly. She sat down and put the blanket around Angel a little tighter, giving her a small teddy bear to play with, she was much more fascinated by just looking at the sky, and that made Anna smile. "Sunshine..." She picked up her quill and papers and started to write - Lauron Elynois was dead, which meant that her group need not figure out what to do about him - but there was a lot more going on that she needed to worry about. Ella, as much as she loved her, was still a death eater, doing what? Robert, he hadn't bothered her in ages, but somehow that made her just a little more nervous. She bit down on her lip as she filled out the paper and then stopped. She didn't want to start something with anyone. She'd realized, she needed time - alone time. What was going on with her head...? |

Robert knew, as the rest of the DE population, that the headquarters had been renewed on its wards, and it was all but impossible to get it. Yet, Robert'd been doing nothing but paperwork and legal work and inside stuff that kept him rather bored. Sure, it gave him what he wanted, yet, it wasn't a fun as watching someone get all fired up and angry at him. Why he liked annoying people, he didn't know, nor did he care. It was fun, so he did so. Things weren't picking up at his headquarters, so he thought he'd attempt to find...his wife. A smirk came over his face at the idea, and he stepped out of the trees. He stopped though, slightly surprised, as he saw the person of his thought sitting in front of him, across the field. Perfect. He only stopped briefly before continuing across the field, silently, and then just crouched in front of her and the child she was always carting around. "Whatcha doing?" he asked, suddenly breaking the calm and silence of the field, a wide grin over his face. |

Anna continued with her work, perfunctorily now that he was there, and in front of her. She didn't even bother to look up, it was his voice, or just his act, or his... well, there was lots of reasons she was sure it was him and so she didn't look up. That would have been far too much to ask for, so after she finished the sheet about Lauron, she put down her quill. That was only, what, the first of at least ten papers she had to do. She put a hand out to check to see how Ang was doing before she did look up, squinting because she'd been looking down the whole time. He wasn't the prettiest sight in the world, so she couldn't really muster that big of a smile. "Just doing some boring old paperwork." She answered him sullenly, there was a whole world of fun things she could have been doing, yet, doing her 'boring paperwork' was fun. For her at least, she hadn't worked in a while. And now she had to file another sheet on Robert just because he was there. She placed her arm over the paper and asked, "So, what brings you around?" |

Robert's eyebrow went up as she ignored him to finish her paper, and he glanced at what she was writing. Reports. Oh, that must be fun. He laughed quietly to himself, and grinned when she finally did look up. "I'll bet its boring..." he agreed, amused. "I'll also bet we can find something much more fun to do..." Nothing, not her words, nor her tone, or her look, was making him anything but more amused. He continued to grin at her, and then actually sat down on the grass instead of crouching. He barely glanced at the baby, but as he did, he rolled his eyes. Children. Nothing but messes and easy ways to make money disappear faster than you can say oops. When she asked her why he was there, he shrugged. "Looking for you love, its been a while." |

Anna shook her head at his assumption and told him otherwise, "Actually, it's not very boring - not to me." It was informative, kept her in line, and she liked being useful. Plus, it wasn't as if she really had anything calling her attention to handle. Besides that one, small, itty-bitty annoyance. He was crouching in front of her. When he sat down she looked at him lazily. His words were bothersome, she didn't need do anything much more fun. Especially with him, but she wasn't going to call out his idea as atrocious and amuse him. His games were bothersome. "There is no 'we' Robert, if I wanted to find something fun to do I'd find it and do it alone." She said. She watched him eye Angel for a moment and raised an eyebrow, she didn't even want him to look at her. If she could've pulled the baby any closer without pulling her out of the carrier she'd have done it - but holding her with the inky quill and papers? Not that smart. Anna regarded his answers as if it were a normal response, "Oh, nice." |

Robert looked at her papers and then her for a moment, gauging to see if she was being truthful, or sarcastic. He finally just decided that if she was trying to be sarcastic, she was incredibly good at hiding it, therefore, she was serious. "I'm sure." he just answered dryly, ripping up a piece of grass to stick in his mouth. "Lovely day, isn't it?" he looked at the sun, making his body look completely calm and relaxed, yet his answer was slightly sharp. "There is no 'we', then Anna? I do believe it was indeed you who knowingly and wantingly married me. However much it was simply for your little trick, it still happened, and that in itself makes us a we, I'm afraid. Sorry, you're stuck with me." He nodded at her assertion and added, "Yup, and I thought you'd want to see me." |

She rolled her eyes slightly at his examination and placed her other arm over the other half of the papers. He was a Death Eater, no need for him to see her papers on other Death Eaters. Not that he probably had any idea what she was writing about - or who. She knew her wand was in her left pocket. When he was looking at the sky she took the chance and pulled it out. "Better than a lot of the previous days, I'd just have to say." She commented and then pointed her wand at him, "Stupefy." She said, he was so close, and yet... she didn't like doing it. But she did. "Stuff it Robert, you know I only did it for Dea and you were just a casualty." She bit down on her lip hard. His answers to her simple questions made her brain whir, they were just narcissistic, but somehow truthful? In a sense, she wasn't sure what was wrong with him, except for the obvious things... |

Robert, though he had his eyes looking like they were watching the sky, was really looking out of the corners of his eyes for her reactions to his words. He sighed heavily when he watched her take out her wand, and his was instantly in his hand in response. "Protego." He growled, standing up. Not another word was said as he glared at her furiously, and apparated away. He wouldn't be back. |

Anna stared in shock and blanched. Merlin, that went wrong, really wrong. He was faster than her, angrier than her, and she hadn't succeeded in arresting him. She pulled a new piece of paper, wiring his name on the top. But she couldn't write out the report yet. She sighed, looking at Angel, and somehow she believed that the baby was trying to make her feel better. That wasn't what Anna wanted, so she smiled and played with Angels lip for a while. "Heya Baby, yes... it's getting dark, you look tired." She pouted and laughed, she stood up and lifted up Ang and walked back towards the Head Quarters, slightly distraught. |

It had been a long, frustrating night. The moon had been closed off, dark, thick clouds rolling over it, light peeking through only for a short while from time to time. To most, it would be a rather creepy setting. To others, the weakness caused by the lack of the moon's shine was positively frustrating. Especially to one in such a bad mood as James Gryffin. How long had it been? How long? And she hadn't given in. She hadn't, and it was full moon, so he was feeling even more violent than usual. Not to mention there were very few things that would be willing to get into a fight with a werewolf. And anything that ran... The forest around the headquarters was littered with dead rabbits, squirrels, even one curious little fox. Moving closer to the actual building, Jimmy found another creature to play with... |

Mornings after a full moon, wolfsbane or otherwise, were always hard. There was always that bone-deep exhaustion, the sensitive nerves and skin. Tightness of muscle...Juls, and every other wolf, was pale, and drawn, today. Most sleep it off. Juls was feeling closed in. The room at the headquarters was small, just like the rooms in the boat, but the real problem was trying to stay in a room she had just locked herself in, effectively caging herself, for the night. Her wolf didn't like that, and it made her restless. So when morning broke, she got up, got dressed in a pair of old jeans and a big knit sweater, wrapping it around her instead of putting it on properly, and walked outside. Barefoot, she could still feel the dew, and the sun wasn't even quite in the sky yet. It was a quiet morning, as quiet as mornings usually were. The chirping of birds as they awoke for the day, the gentle lapping of the water against the rocks, wind whistling through the grass. Beautiful. She wasn't exactly sure why she hadn't gotten up this early in a while. Juls found herself wandering along the treeline, fingers scraping the bark as she walked. She wasn't sure where she was going, just that her feet were taking her somewhere. It wasn't until she had past a gate and was walking into a clearing that she smelt it. Death. For a moment, she froze, swinging her eyes hurriedly to see something, anything, and yet, the glade seemed as peaceful as it had before she caught the smell of cold blood. She didn't see anything, so it must just be a small animal. Such was the way of life, right? Especially after the wolves had been out to play. She didn't think there were many in this particular area, but wolves weren't solitary creatures. They usually needed pack, family. So they tended to be drawn to one another. She had stopped watching for dead things, and that was the reason she nearly stepped on him. Juls caught herself though, realizing the smell was a lot stronger, and she blanched, a shriek coming from her mouth as she jerked back a few feet. For a moment, she didn't even recognize him. The man was mangled, decapitated. One of his hands were just barely still holding onto the rest of his arm through ligament and skin, his neck in a similar disrepair. There were numerous deep, deep gouges on his face, his naked body. She could see rib, bone, tissues, through scratches and bites, and it wasn't until she focused on the glazed, staring eyes that she realized who it was. Fighting nausea, Juls sank to the ground, her eyes caught, as always, by his own furious gaze. There was something in that look though, this time. Fear? Pain? She didn't know, but what she did know, was that he was dead. Severed spine, his blood bled out into the ground. Jimmy...was dead. That wasn't something she was able to comprehend, right then. The scene was too much for her, and she tried to figure out what happened. What in the world would get in a fight with a wolf? She knew it was during the night, because of the placement of the wounds. They weren't made on human flesh, that was for sure. It was then Juls realized she had set her hand near his finger, and she jumped up, more grey than white at this point. Shock. Disgust. That was all she was feeling. But what did she do now? Did she leave his body there? Did she tell someone? After a moment of pure, chest-tightening panic, Juls realized something. Jimmy was dead. She was free from him. Free from his advances and his abusive temper. Free from that past. Free. She was free. It didn't matter if she left his body there, because she knew she was going to tell someone. Already, the tiredness, the strain, it was gone. All that was left was pure relief, elation...and well, disgust. Because she really didn't stomach death well. Juls hurried away from the scene, planning on putting real clothes and getting out of there. |
